Happy New Year reader,
How was your holiday break? I hope you took time out to look after yourself and spend time with those close to you. Have you leapt into 2021 with a spring in your step and looking forward to the year ahead?

reader I'm curious about what you might have done to set yourself up for success this year? At the start of every year I like to sit down and write out my intentions and goals for the year. It really helps me get some clarity on the year ahead. My friend Mary writes down two words that she carries with her as her intentions. My two words this year are Joy and Persistence.

Coming Up at Unmeasured
Here's some real talk. Setting up a new business is hard and scary. Finding hiding places is easier than doing the hard work. The reality here is that progress is slower than I would like and I confess to avoiding the hard work on occasions - fears are powerful. We all need to commit to doing the hard work first and we might need support to do so. So I asked for support and have it. No hiding. I'm back on track with my word, Persistence.

Currently I'm developing the unmeasured Community, and I've invited in some Beta Testers to help out - if you're interested in joining us, please reply to this newsletter.
